Normally items will ship within 2-3 business days.   Some of the products in the store are made to order, especially the personalized items.  For those items, it will normally be indicated in the product description.  At Lucy's Dog House, I strive to provide the best customer care possible.  Please  click here and email me, if you have any questions about an item you would like to purchase or have already purchased. 

If you are unhappy with a product let me know and we can work together to rectify the situation.  If you would like to return the product, you have two weeks after you received the product(s) to do so.  The return address for exchanges is:

In most cases I will give you store credit for the full value of your original purchase. 

My experience when I order online is sometimes shipping and handling charges are a little more than I expected.  At Lucy's Dog House we strive to offer shipping rates that are easy to understand and are in favor of the consumer.  We offer flat rate shipping for all items in the store.  It is simply $4.99 for all purchases up to $100 and for all orders above $100, well, then it is on me.  I hope I do not lose my shirt with this shipping policy but I refuse to overcharge my customers and label it as a handling fee.
